Mr Mitchell is a corporate finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the venture capital, capital markets, tech and resources industries.

He has been involved in the founding, financing and management of both private and publicly-listed companies, including the second listed medical cannabis company on the ASX, and first listed on the LSE – MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (MXC), and more recently Delta Lithium Ltd (DLI).

Mr Mitchell is also a founder and director of Chieftain Securities Pty Ltd, a Perth based specialist Corporate Advisory and Venture Capital firm and co-founding shareholder of recently LSE listed Graft Polymer (UK) Ltd (LSE- GPL).
